Where are you located?
Casethetics is located inside Salon Lofts in Strongsville, Ohio. Your appointment confirmation will include the full address and arrival details.
What services do you offer?
I offer customized facials, lash and brow treatments, and Swedish relaxation massage. Every appointment is personalized to your comfort, preferences, and goals.
Is the massage therapeutic?
My massages are Swedish relaxation services focused on rest, comfort, and stress relief. I am a licensed Esthetician—not an LMT—and do not provide medical, deep-tissue, or injury-focused treatment.
What comfort options are available?
Choose to add on aromatherapy—or stay scent-free—and adjust the table warmer to your liking. Earplugs, an extra blanket, and a memory-foam support wedge are also available upon request.
Can guests under 18 book an appointment?
Absoultely, all are welcome! I offer youth relaxation massage, facials, lash & brow services.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the consultation and consent form before the appointment. Whether a guardian needs to stay on site depends on the guest’s age and the service booked—I’ll confirm that with you ahead of time. If you have any further questions prior to booking, please feel free to reach out any time!
What is your booking policy?
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total, while no-shows will be charged the full service total.
A valid card is required to confirm your appointment.
